The DMAC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, provides the GetHomeSafe app free of charge to support youth safety and fentanyl awareness initiatives. As such, there are no fees associated with downloading, using, or canceling the app. You may delete the app at any time without cost or obligation.

However, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to donations, sponsorships, merchandise purchases, and event registrations made in support of the DMAC Foundation.

1. App Usage

• The GetHomeSafe app is 100% free.

• No charges, subscriptions, or fees apply.

• No refunds are necessary because no payments are collected for app use.

• Users may uninstall or delete the app at any time.

2. Donations

Donations to the DMAC Foundation are considered charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable.
However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
