The GetHomeSafe app is provided free of charge, and user data is used only to support functionality, safety features, and program improvement. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share data only when necessary and never for profit.

When you trigger a safety alert, your chosen contacts may receive:
Your name or nickname
Your message or status
Your real-time location (if enabled)
You control who is added or removed as an emergency contact.
b. Trusted Service Providers
We may use secure third-party tools to support:
App hosting and cloud storage
Crash reporting and technical support
Basic analytics to improve safety and functionality
These providers are required to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.
c. Law Enforcement or Safety Authorities (Only When Legally Required)
